In the past two months, I have followed this class about 30 times. Not the whole thing, just the first 18 minutes. I think I did it every other day.It had a different effect from Felvic Clark, and now the upper back is less pressed than when I first took the class. I think I’ll do it more often in the future. It’s a very good stretch.
