Hi Sean, Loved this express circuit class. For me these circuits are great due to my schedule. I can fit this in and it’s a well rounded workout.
I would love to see more express circuits. Maybe there’s more but i haven’t located them? Let me know if I’m missing them while scrolling.

Thanks for your comment. Currently, there are 59 express workouts available in the on demand library. Please go to the myaccount page, then on the “find a workout” search menu, type in “express workout”. They will all come up for you to workout too.
