    Have your, “No Springs Book”. This was my first on demand class with you and it was a perfect amount of difficulty for clients. Also nice that it had a few ideas that worked with the book. I signed up for the year with you because I believe in you and your method. I like the idea that we are getting your consistent thread of ideology with progressions (and hopefully many many many regressions for MY clients). I have been a Pilates Anytime client for years, but it’s very random and hard to find a master instructor to carry you through multiple class ideas. I just live down the road from you in San Diego, and hope to do sessions with you in person soon.
