VARIATIONS – STRAP AND DUMBBELL

This video is part four in a series of five. Here, you’ll learn progressive exercises for strength using the dumbbell and the Reformer strap. Learn both seated and standing floor routines, as well as kneeling variations on the Reformer. Sean used the Hooked on Pilates MiniMax soft foam arc on a box for  seated-on-the-floor set-up. In the continuation of this frankly wonderful series, he takes you through his uniquely creative variations of movement.
