TRAPEZE TABLE 16 – FOOTWORK ON THE ½ ROLLER SUPINE + HANDWEIGHTS FOR BALANCE TRAINING

In today’s session, we are leveling up our Trapeze Table repertoire by introducing two incredible props to challenge your alignment and stability: the half foam roller and light hand weights.

We begin supine (lying down) along the length of a half foam roller, which instantly creates an unstable surface to fire up your deep core. From here, we utilize the push-through bar for a deep, controlled footwork series to build lower body strength and ankle mobility. To finish, we add hand weight variations designed to challenge your coordination, upper body control, and total-body balance.

Whether you are looking to fine-tune your proprioception or inject a fresh challenge into your Pilates practice, this flow will leave you feeling centered and strong.

What you’ll need:

 Trapeze Table / Cadillac

 1 Half Foam Roller

A pair of light hand weights (1–3 lbs)
