This online course is recognized with 6 continuing education credits according to the guidelines set forth by the National Certified Pilates Teacher Program, formerly the Pilates Method Alliance. All attendees must participate in the Q&A segments to receive their certification. The chat function allows you to interact with Sean. This will offer you the opportunity to ask questions and comments. Sean will address as many questions and comments as possible.
