  1. l love the point about making sure lats and pecs are on before you do a tricep press. So many of us have been taught, as you pointed out, to keep the shoulders wide which means lats and pecs wont be working to support the movement of the tricep press. It makes much more sense to let the shoulders come forward a little so lats and pecs can switch on. This is a really helpful takeaway I can put into action in the studio with my clients asap. Thanks!
