ATHLETIC FULL CLASS 18 – UPPER BODY + CHEST

Get a full-body workout, with a focus on upper body and chest. Sean starts you on the long box with the Magic Circle for a chest-builder. Then he moves onto the floor for a few of his signature standing flows. Finish the class with shoulders and flexibility moves to release muscle tension.

  1. I really liked the warm up! I never thought of working that hard with the presses before. That was challenging, but easy to modify for anyone. Thank you very much for the idea of using tubing in place of yellow spring. Not all the reformers have a yellow, and I can do more now.

    Warning… After this work out, you will need to hire someone to carry your things around for the next day or so😄
